San Pedro Fit Works offers appointment-based personal training and group fitness classes. Our vision is to provide high quality training that is backed by our formal education, experience, and certifications from the top governing bodies in the fitness industry to individuals living in the South Bay communities. We believe in building a family atmosphere that welcomes every person at any stage in life within the community.

TRX and Spin Instructor
Matt has dedicated both his life and education to the field of exercise science. He enjoys working with a wide range of clients with varying abilities, backgrounds, fitness goals, and ages. Matt earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He has been working as a fitness professional for over 15 years and has more than 25 years of experience training for triathlon and ultra-endurance races. Matt’s experience and approachable personality makes him the elite personal trainer perfect to fit every client’s needs.
Matt ‘Bosko’ Boskovich

Bosko is a permanent student of life and exercise science. He fell in love with fitness as a boxer/kickboxer and then went to study the other aspects of the fitness industry. He graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, furthering his education as a certified ELDOA practitioner. He has been working as a fitness professional for 10 years, encountering a wide range of clients with varying levels of fitness, goals, and ages. Bosko’s education, experience, and fun personality makes him an elite personal trainer that will fit any clients’ needs.
Lead Group Fitness Instructor
Kearstin grew up surrounded by the fitness industry, which she has returned to later in life. Having become hooked on spin classes, she became a Schwinn Certified Instructor. From here, Kearstin opened her own fitness studio offering a variety of group fitness classes in New Mexico. Kearstin has since then returned home to the South Bay. Kearstin brings her unique no-nonsense attitude to the classes and loves motivating people to bring out their best selves. Kearstin believes that the energy and emotion created when working out provides the power needed to change your life!
Starting at a young age, Pilar practiced mindful movements whether through dance, fitness, or coaching others. Early in her life, Pilar was introduced to yoga and found her true passion. After ten years and experiencing a variety of yoga lineages, Pilar became a yoga instructor and left the world behind. This is to say some things become part of you through time. Currently, Pilar works at various yoga studios sharing her love of yoga with members of the South Bay community.
Zumba and StrongNation Instructor
Glori is an Air Force Veteran who was introduced to fitness at an early age by her Dad, who is also a veteran. She started teaching aerobics at the age of 15 years in a local studio. In addition to teaching Zumba and StrongNation for SPFW, she has years of experience teaching Step®, Kickboxing, HiiT and bootcamp and has developed physical fitness routines for military personnel and candidates. Glori is committed to fitness and strives to be a role model for her children (16 and 9) by promoting an active and healthy environment for them. Her whole family loves being active and enjoys the benefits of exercise being a great stress reliever.
