  • Logging into certain exercise equipment consoles using your member keytag

Video and Audio Surveillance

When you visit San Pedro Fit Works, we use video and audio surveillance (“Surveillance”) for purposes of safety, fraud prevention, security, and asset protection. All Surveillance cameras are located so that personal privacy is protected. Areas such as locker rooms, bathrooms, shower areas, or any other areas where there would be a reasonable expectation of privacy will be avoided with respect to all Surveillance systems. This section does not create or imply any duty on the part of San Pedro Fit Works to install any Surveillance systems. Furthermore, all monitoring, recording, and viewing of recorded activities shall be conducted only at the express direction of San Pedro Fit Works management.

 

We do not currently respond to “Do-Not-Track” signals or mechanisms.

  • To promote and administer corporate partnerships in connection with our Services

  • We may share your data with our partners so that they may provide you with tailored products or service offerings

  • For internal organizational, analytical, or development purposes, such as conducting data analysis to improve the efficiency of our Site or Services, enhancing or improving our current products, services, offerings, developing new products, identifying member trends, and evaluating the effectiveness of our promotions and campaigns

  • Third Party Service Providers: San Pedro Fit Works may disclose your personal information to third party service providers or agents who provide services to or on behalf of San Pedro Fit Works or its members such as, but not limited to, hosting, data management, analytics and storage services, payment processors, social media sites to market our services, service providers, vendors, sweepstakes providers, membership  benefits providers and retention services

  • Transfer or sale of San Pedro Fit Works: To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of San Pedro Fit Works’ assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal data held by San Pedro Fit Works LLC is among the assets transferred
