Cycling CLASSES
Our cycling classes are all about having fun while pushing yourself. With an emphasis on technique, our supportive instructors guide you through a warm-up, working sets each with clear cues on how the work should "feel", and a rejuvenating cool down stretch. Cycling shoes with SPD clips are provided to our riders and available for purchase.

TRX Suspension Training CLASSES
Our TRX Suspension Training classes include a dynamic mix of single and multiple muscle group exercises, incorporating basic core workouts and cardio-focused sets. Using nylon straps anchored to the wall, your body weight becomes the ultimate resistance tool, sculpting and strengthening muscles. This class provides a supportive atmosphere, guided by expert instructors who are dedicated to helping you reach your peak performance.
Zumba® CLASSES
Our Zumba® dance workout classes mix dance and exercise movements to the beat of the music. Our instructors provide an encouraging environment by dancing around the room creating motivation to keep going. Designed for all fitness levels, this class is enjoyable cardio and great for burning calories!
Mobility + Core CLASSES
Our Mobility + Core classes focus on improving your body’s range of motion to adjust your posture, reduce your risk of injury, and enhance your overall quality of life. With an emphasis on technique and gentle flow movements, our instructors will show you how to modify exercises to best fit your body’s unique abilities. By the end of the class you'll feel lighter, more relaxed, and ready to spring into your day!
Circuit Training CLASSES
Our Circuit Training classes take advantage of all the tools we have available at our personal training facility on 8th street to bring you a quick, invigorating, full body workout. We'll cover all the bases: strength/power, cardio, and core strength all in one class. Designed for all fitness levels, several stations will be pre-set and the instructor will guide you through each circuit. This is a self-paced class, so you can push as much or as little as you need!
